In 1997 as a result of privatisation ELEKTRIM S.A., Warsaw became an owner of 70% of company's shares. The same year ELEKTRIM decided to form a capital group Elektrim-Motor on a basis of domestic manufacturers of electric motors, including also Besel, Indukta and Celma.

EVOX CP is a helical in-line gearbox with a smooth surface that gives high performance at a great value. Thanks to Bonfiglioli's wide range of versions, options and motor technologies, EVOX CP can be adapted to any machine need. The EVOX CP Series can be combined with a wide range of electric motors such as asynchronous motors (both IEC and compact) and reluctance motors (BSR).
