JOB Description:

• Establish new and prospective customers in the water supply market
• Conduct regular visit customer / contractor / consultant and follow up project in order to ensure our pumps are considered to their specification.
• Prepare and source supporting data in order to  propose special offers for WS project
• Advise customer/contractor/consultant for the best pump application in their project in order to direct their preference.
• Monitor payment, liaise with dealer and finance to ensure all pending payment are settled.
• Provide support and assistance to customer until post test to ensure that pumps are well installed and performed.
• Monitor and pump arrival, liaise with CSU in to ensure all pump are arrived on time, conform with term and condition.
• Provide and facilitate regular training / seminar to consultant / customer in order to update their knowledge regarding to pump applications.
• Provide assistance as a liaison with customer if there was any problem in order to maintain good relationship with customers.

QUALIFICATION

• Engineer degree or diploma
• Male or Female
• Age 25 - 35
• Min. 2 years previous experiences in sales and engineering.
• Excellent understanding of current market situation
• Communication skill
• Presentation skill
• Negotiation skill
